The KB5 Knotted Belly Bind™ is an adjustable postpartum belly binding wrap designed to help the body feel held and supported after birth. Five independently adjustable knots allow you to tighten or loosen one area at a time, create personalized support, and position the bind above or below a C-section incision without rewrapping the entire bind. Inspired by traditional belly binding and developed by a doula and spacesuit engineer, the KB5 is made in the USA in one adaptive size.

The KB5 Knotted Belly Bind™ is designed to fit a range of postpartum bodies, most commonly those who wear U.S. sizes 0–14.
Rather than relying on fixed sizing, the KB5 wraps and ties directly on the body. Five independently adjustable knots allow you to change the fit, tension, and placement each time you wear it.
Fit can vary based on body shape, height, hip measurement, and personal comfort. The KB5 should feel supportive and held—not restrictive.
A proper fit should allow you to:
