Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize TIS to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the time of purchase.

Failed or Declined Transactions

If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed. Customers are responsible for resolving payment issues with their financial institution.

Discounts & Promotions

At this time, TIS does not offer discounts or promotional codes unless explicitly stated. Any future promotions will be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection approval.
