Return & Refund Policy
At TIS, your satisfaction and safety are important to us. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our postpartum recovery products, we maintain a strict but transparent return and refund policy to protect all customers.
Please review the policy carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To qualify for a return, all items must be:
- Unworn – No signs of body contact, stretching, sweat, or use
- Unwashed – Items must not be washed, cleaned, or spot-treated
- Unused – Knots, fibers, and tension zones must remain in original condition
- Free from stains, scents, or residue – Including deodorant, lotions, oils, perfumes, makeup, or pet hair
- Returned with original packaging – Including all tags, inserts, and components
- Shipped within 10 days of receiving the return authorization and prepaid label
Returns that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

Submit a Return Request
Email our support team at info@thisispaceware.com with your order number and reason for return. -
Return Authorization
If your return is approved, we will issue a return authorization number along with a prepaid return shipping label.

Ship the Item Back
The item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the return label.

Inspection
Once received, the item will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets all return conditions.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is 5–7 business days after inspection approval
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Products with stains, scents, residue, or damage
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or components
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items not shipped within 10 days of receiving the return label
- Final sale, discounted, or promotional items, unless defective upon arrival
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for eligible items that meet all return conditions. The original item must be returned and approved before an exchange is processed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
